The breakfast was amazing, They have some specialty eggs that were absolutely delicious. The complex itself is beautiful. They've taken a lot of time and effort to preserve the history of the building and their culture. The staff was attentive and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who's thinking about having a close location to downtown. I was able to park my car and walk to all of the restaurants and sites easily. It's a beautiful hotel it's small, but it's got a restaurant and a pool. Most of all it's just really beautiful. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Very nice colonial hotel just 2 blocks from the Gran Plaza. Despite being right in the Centro, it was absolutely quiet!!!! The staff was very helpful, especially Alex the bellhop. He carried our heavy suitcases right up the stairs, was always available when we needed something. When my husband had a medical situation, he went to the pharmacy and got the medication he needed, way above and beyond! Beds were great, breakfast was great. The pool was a nice size.

The hotel.ia just minutes walk from Mérida's main square and close to lots of restaurants, shops, etc. Our booking included breakfast which was great every morning. The pool area is lovely and overall the hotel is beautiful, welcoming and safe. We will definitely be staying here again in our next visit to Mérida!
